  • We operate on a block-based system to ensure you have enough time to arrive, settle in, work with your clients, and pack up without feeling rushed. Offices are available in 6-hour blocks (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Whether you need a consistent weekly time slot or more flexible, occasional usage, we have options to fit your rhythm.

  • Because the office is a shared, multi-disciplinary space, we ask that you take your personal items with you at the end of your block. We provide a rolling cart that is yours to use during your time, which makes set-up and tear-down efficient and easy.

  • Absolutely. We know how important it is for your nervous system—and your professional comfort—to feel "at home" in your workspace. We encourage you to book a tour to see the space, feel the energy of the heritage building, and make sure it’s the right fit for your practice and your clients.
